2 months after ordering Tiscali Broadband we have finally got back on to the internet. Along the way we have experienced extremely poor communication and terrible customer service from their call centre which take well over 20 minutes to get through to an advisor.
They may well be able to offer Broadband at very reasonable costs but is it worth the hassle when you can’t get through to anybody when there is a problem? Maybe you do get what you pay for?
